All our dresses are custom made, therefore please compare your measurements carefully with the sizes chart. Please measure yourself carefully and tell us your measurements (bust, waist, hips and hollow to hem). We usually make arrangements for sending the dresses as soon as payment is received.

When you make an order on the Site your order will be subject to acceptance in accordance with this terms and conditions. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order; you may, for time to time, access to the Site to track your order. Please note that the confirmation email is not a contract confirmation or order acceptance from us.
We only accept return if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size and colour problems, and wrong shipping times.
Your requests must be received within 24hours after we receive your order by email, otherwise we will not accept.
Colour Aberration exists due to the colour effect of different PC monitors and weather conditions. This problem cannot be treated as quality problem under any conditions. For customer custom made size dresses, we cannot offer any return, please find a professional tailor to measure you if in doubt. The customised dress can revised if you are in agreement to pay for shipping back fee.
For standard size dresses, if there are any size problems, please take some photographs on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape measure or ruler to measure out the problem. Customers must submit the photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org including order reference for our customer service to deal with the dispute and a reply will be offered within 48 hours.
We don’t take any responsibility on the delay of your confirmation email received by us. Usually after getting your full payment we will send you email of order confirmation to you to check and confirm all the order details to avoid any mistakes, if your order can not be confirmed within 5 business days after the payment date we will not process the order. A contract between you and us for the sale of our products will only exist once your order has been confirmed, processed or dispatched. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom sized dresses.
We cannot offer refund for sake of late remittance for your order. If you decide to order, please choose correct payment method according to your event date.
The style, fabrics are the same as the website stated. All the requests for product return reasons such as not like the pictures we offer, dissatisfy about the quality and not like the fabric, etc. are not accepted
We do not accept the request for return if your received product does not meet your requirement on the hang of the style from the original product design. Any changed items from original design cannot be returned and exchanged under any circumstances.
All returned items must be in original package and condition. If there is any dust, dirty spots and so on, we shall not offer refund. And you also need to pay 30% total amount of order as restock and the shipping cost.
If you return an item to us outside the terms of our returns policy we may not refund you. The item/s may be returned back to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and any other associated charges. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be an irreversible instruction for us to dispose of your goods without further notice. Please note: Disposal will not constitute any admission on our part that we have failed in any way to honour our obligations to you in full and will not constitute any unlawful action against the goods.
